Performing professionally since childhood, Jgar has been described by New York critics as "Fantastic" and "Captivating" and with the releases of his albums “Stage Door”, "Jazz Cafe" & "Broadway Baby" he continues to delight fans with his brilliant vocal ability, dramatic flair and unique presence that has allowed him to perform in musical theatre, opera, jazz, as a model, theatre critic & radio personality.  Jgar's forte is ballads and broadway melodies and he romances his audiences with artistic renditions of classic songs including Broadway greats "Some Enchanted Evening", "The Impossible Dream"  "Music of the Night", "If Ever I Would Leave You" and Jazz classics "Sophisticated Lady", "Route 66, "Call Me Irresponsible" and "Just The Way You Are”.  His performance arsenal from over 200 shows spans the 1920's to the contemporary and includes great compositions by Rodgers & Hammerstein, Gershwin, Kern, Porter, Berlin and Bernstein. A classically trained "crossover" singer with several degrees including music/theatre, Jgar performed in the film "3 Degrees of Connection" and has been a featured soloist with prominent organizations including the Philadelphia Orchestra, Lincoln Center, Garden State Singers, Philadelphia's Singing City, Riverdale (NY) Chorus, Two Rivers Opera, Up With People & several Jazz and Pop ensembles.  His classical performances include inspiring solo and choral works of Bach, Mozart, Bizet, Schubert, Strauss, and Menotti.  Dramatic roles include "Man of La Mancha" (Don Quixote)",  "Annie" (Daddy Warbucks), "The Fantasticks" (El Gallo), “The Skin of Our Teeth” (Antrobus), “1776” (Jefferson, Dickinson),  "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" (Miles Gloriosus), as well as many presentations and productions encompassing a wide musical spectrum from “Show Boat” and “Oklahoma” to “Man of La Mancha” and “Phantom of the Opera”.  He has been heard as an announcer and on-air radio personality.

 Jgar has headlined at casinos

in Atlantic City and throughout the country and his solo performances have been heard on recordings,
